The Global Missions Team seeks to reach the unchurched for the Body of Christ and transition them into partner churches. Joining our team of missionaries, will give you the opportunity to travel the world to send messages of hope and salvation to communities in Africa, Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
Spiritual Empowerment
The Spiritual Empowerment Team work to empower God’s people to operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit and also strengthen and restore burnt out or spiritually stagnated leaders. Join our team of spiritual leaders who are leading the way in empowering the body of Christ and also helping to restore fallen, spiritually stagnated and burnt out leaders.
Partner Relations

Ministry Training
The Ministry Training Team educates ministers and church workers in the work of ministry. Join our team of educators to help equip God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.
Social Transformation
The Social Transformation Team work to transform the social status of the deprived by providing care to the poor, the sick, the blind, orphans, widows and prisoners. Join our team to help provide care for these marginalised groups.
Associate Development & Experience
The Associate Development & Experience Team (ADE Team) manages the numerous needs of our people. Join our team to help integrate onboard new associates, coordinate training and development, ensure associate wellness, coach & mentor associates and work with our leadership team to ensure the spiritual growth for associates
Mission Centre
The Mission Centre is Team is responsible for ensuring operational readiness, effective administration of resources, support of associates and coordinating internal meetings to ensure short-term and long-term goals are achieved. The team also manages transport, IT and facilities. Join this team to help the team in planning and implementing EAM’s vision and in-year strategic goals.
Events & Conferences
Our Events & Conferences Team plans and execute delivery of all our flagship events including, Love Revolution, Shepherds Summit, Hephzibah 120 and Times of Refreshing. Join our associates to help us ensure a great experience for our event participants
Media & Publicity
This team develops, implement plans and manages media efforts across all channels (TV & Broadcast, Radio, Digital, Social Media, social media channels, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc). Join this team if you have the skillset, tech savvy and creative to make a difference in this team.
Supportive Ministry
This team provides ministry support, hospitality and care for the President, coordinate music ministry and protocol activities for the president, and ensure event participants are provided with the needed counseling, pastoral support and prayer during and after events. Join our associates in this team to help ensure readiness for ministry.
